Ingredients
- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Peacadillo™ in Salsa Verde
- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Spicy Refried Beans
- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Cilantro Lime White Rice
- 1 jar of SOMOS™ Fire Roasted Mild Salsa
- 1 serrano pepper, sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- ¼ red onion, diced
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- ¼ lime, juiced
- ¼ cup cotija cheese
Prep
- In a small bowl, combine, tomato, onion, and lime juice to make Pico de Gallo
- Separately microwave SOMOS™ Peacadillo™ in Salsa Verde, SOMOS™ Spicy Refried Beans, and SOMOS™ Cilantro Lime White Rice for 90 seconds each
- Layer each ingredient evenly into a bowl and add the Pico de Gallo
- Drizzle with SOMOS™ Pasilla Pepper Salsa Ranchera and top with cotija cheese and sliced serrano pepper
