Ingredients

  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Peacadillo™ in Salsa Verde
  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Spicy Refried Beans
  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Cilantro Lime White Rice
  • 1 jar of SOMOS™ Pasilla Pepper Salsa Ranchera
  • 1 serrano pepper, sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • ¼ red onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ lime, juiced
  • ¼ cup cotija cheese

Prep

  1. In a small bowl, combine, tomato, onion, and lime juice to make Pico de Gallo
  2. Separately microwave SOMOS™ Peacadillo™ in Salsa Verde, SOMOS™ Spicy Refried Beans, and SOMOS™ Cilantro Lime White Rice for 90 seconds each
  3. Layer each ingredient evenly into a bowl and add the Pico de Gallo
  4. Drizzle with SOMOS™ Pasilla Pepper Salsa Ranchera and top with cotija cheese and sliced serrano pepper
