Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 - 1.5 lb skirt, flank, sirloin, or hanger steak, cut into strips (or any protein)
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 jar of SOMOS™ Fajita Simmer Sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- Toppings of your choice
Prep
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat and add protein of choice, stirring occasionally until the meat is cooked through. Remove to a plate and set aside.
- Add sliced onions and peppers to the skillet, stirring until veggies are slightly tender. Add meat back into the skillet, along with entire jar of SOMOS™ Fajita Simmer Sauce and let simmer for 5 mins.
- Serve with tortillas and add your favorite toppings like avocado, sour cream & anything else! Don’t forget to add SOMOS™ Fajita White Rice as a side to complete your meal!
