• 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 - 1.5 lb skirt, flank, sirloin, or hanger steak, cut into strips (or any protein)
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 jar of SOMOS™ Fajita Simmer Sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • Toppings of your choice


  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat and add protein of choice, stirring occasionally until the meat is cooked through. Remove to a plate and set aside.
  2. Add sliced onions and peppers to the skillet, stirring until veggies are slightly tender. Add meat back into the skillet, along with entire jar of SOMOS™ Fajita Simmer Sauce and let simmer for 5 mins.
  3. Serve with tortillas and add your favorite toppings like avocado, sour cream & anything else! Don’t forget to add SOMOS™ Fajita White Rice as a side to complete your meal!
