• 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Peacadillo™ in Salsa Verde
  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Spicy Refried Beans
  • 1 pouch of  SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans
  • 1 jar of SOMOS™ Smoky Chipotle Medium Salsa
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • ¼ cup crema or sour cream
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 4 tbsp cotija cheese
  • 2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil


  1. In a large cast iron skillet or comal, heat oil and cook tortillas until warm and pliable
  2. Microwave SOMOS™ Peacadillo™ in Salsa Verde, SOMOS™ Spicy Refried Beans, and SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans for 90 seconds each then divide evenly on each tortilla
  3. Top each taco with lettuce, crema, cotija cheese, and SOMOS™ Smoky Chipotle Pepper Salsa.
  4. Serve with limes & Enjoy!
