Ingredients
- 1 pouch of SOMOSâ„¢ Cauliflower Tinga
- 1 pouch of SOMOSâ„¢ Spicy Refried Beans
- 1 jar of SOMOSâ„¢ Cuatro Chiles TaquerÃa Salsa
- 6 corn tortillas or store-bought tostadas
- ½ cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 radish, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup cotija cheese
- ¼ cup crema
Prep
- Separately microwave SOMOSâ„¢ Cauliflower Tinga and SOMOSâ„¢ Spicy Refried Beans for 90 seconds each
- If making your own tostadas, heat oil over medium heat in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add corn tortillas one at a time and fry on each side for 2 minutes or until lightly golden brown and crispy. Move to a towel-lined plate and sprinkle with salt
- Spread SOMOSâ„¢ Spicy Refried Beans on the tostadas and top with SOMOSâ„¢ Cauliflower Tinga and SOMOSâ„¢ Cuatro Chiles TaquerÃa Salsa
- Garnish with cotija cheese, crema, lettuce, and radish
