Ingredients

  • 1 bag of SOMOS™ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips
  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Peacadillo
  • ½ jar of SOMOS™ Smoky Chipotle Medium Salsa
  • 1 cup Oaxaca or mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • ½ cup yellow corn
  • ½ cup mixed nuts (optional)
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced

Prep

  1. Cut a bag of SOMOS™ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips length-wise at the top or along the long edge of the bag and leave the chips inside the bag
  2. Microwave SOMOS™ Mexican Peacadillo for 90 seconds
  3. Top the tortilla chips with a layer of SOMOS™ Mexican Peacadillo™, shredded cheese, sour cream, SOMOS™ Smoky Chipotle Pepper Salsa, shredded lettuce & yellow corn
  4. Sprinkle with any toppings you want – we used mixed nuts & sliced jalapeños
  5. Top it off with more SOMOS™ Smoky Chipotle Pepper Salsa
  6. Dig in directly to bag with a fork or use chips as a scoop
