• 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Spicy Refried Beans
  • 1 bag of SOMOS™ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 10oz panela cheese, cut into cubes
  • ½ cup Monterey jack cheese
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a small bowl, combine tomato, onion, and cilantro to make Pico de Gallo
  3. Microwave SOMOS™ Spicy Refried Beans for 90 seconds
  4. In a large bowl, combine SOMOS™ Spicy Refried Beans, half of the sliced jalapeño and panela cheese and add to a casserole dish
  5. Top with the monterey jack cheese and place in oven and cook for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and the edges are bubbly
  6. Garnish with Pico de Gallo, avocado and jalapeño
  7. Serve with SOMOS™ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips
