• 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Smoky Chipotle Mushrooms
  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Spicy Refried Beans
  • 1 jar of SOMOS™ Salsa Verde Mild Salsa
  • 6 corn tortillas or store-bought tostadas
  • ½ head of iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • ½ cup pickled red onion
  • ¼ cup cotija cheese
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • Optional: ¼ cup vegetable oil


  1. Separately microwave SOMOS™ Smoky Chipotle Mushrooms and SOMOS™ Spicy Refried Beans for 90 seconds each
  2. If making your own tostadas, heat oil over medium heat in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add corn tortillas one at a time and fry on each side for 2 minutes or until lightly golden brown and crispy. Move to a towel-lined plate and sprinkle with salt
  3. Spread SOMOS™ Spicy Refried Beans on each tostada and top with SOMOS™ Smoky Chipotle Mushrooms
  4. Garnish with lettuce, pickled red onion, and cotija cheese
  5. Serve with lime
