Ingredients

  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Peacadillo™
  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Cilantro Lime White Rice
  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans
  • 1 jar of SOMOS™ Fire Roasted Mild Salsa
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 serrano pepper, sliced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • ¼ cup cotija cheese

Prep

  1. Separately microwave SOMOS™ Mexican Peacadillo™, SOMOS™ Cilantro Lime White Rice, and SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans for 90 seconds each
  2. Divide evenly into bowls and top with SOMOS™ Pasilla Pepper Salsa Ranchera, cotija cheese, and sliced serrano pepper
  3. Serve with lime and avocado
