Ingredients
- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Peacadillo™
- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Cilantro Lime White Rice
- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans
- 1 jar of SOMOS™ Fire Roasted Mild Salsa
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 serrano pepper, sliced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- ¼ cup cotija cheese
Prep
- Separately microwave SOMOS™ Mexican Peacadillo™, SOMOS™ Cilantro Lime White Rice, and SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans for 90 seconds each
- Divide evenly into bowls and top with SOMOS™ Pasilla Pepper Salsa Ranchera, cotija cheese, and sliced serrano pepper
- Serve with lime and avocado
