Ingredients
- 1 jar of SOMOS™ Jalapeño Pepper Salsa Verde
- 1 pouch of SOMOSâ„¢ Chipotle Refried Black Beans
- 1 pouch of SOMOSâ„¢ Smoky Chipotle Mushrooms
- 1 pouch of SOMOSâ„¢ Peacadillo in Salsa Verde
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 10 corn tortillas
Prep
- Microwave the SOMOSâ„¢ Chipotle Refried Black Beans, SOMOSâ„¢ Smoky Chipotle Mushrooms, and SOMOSâ„¢ Peacadillo in Salsa Verde together for 4 minutes.
- Heat tortillas in a large skillet over medium to high heat.
- Add cheese and fill with one scoop each of SOMOSâ„¢ Chipotle Refried Black Beans, SOMOSâ„¢ Smoky Chipotle Mushrooms, and SOMOSâ„¢ Peacadillo in Salsa Verde.
- Serve with SOMOS™ Jalapeño Pepper Salsa Verde
