Ingredients
- 1 bag of SOMOS™ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips
- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Peacadillo™
- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans
- ¼ cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- ½ tomato, finely diced
- ¼ white onion, finely diced
- 2 tbsp crema or sour cream
Prep
- Set oven to broil
- On an oven-safe tray or pan, arrange SOMOS™ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips in an even layer and sprinkle cheese over them
- Broil until cheese is melted, about 5-10 minutes
- Separately microwave SOMOS™ Mexican Peacadillo™ and SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans for 90 seconds each & distribute evenly on top of the nachos
- Garnish with tomato, onion, cilantro, and crema
