Ingredients

  • 1 bag of SOMOS™ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips
  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Peacadillo™
  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans
  • ¼ cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • ½ tomato, finely diced
  • ¼ white onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp crema or sour cream

Prep

  1. Set oven to broil
  2. On an oven-safe tray or pan, arrange SOMOS™ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips in an even layer and sprinkle cheese over them
  3. Broil until cheese is melted, about 5-10 minutes
  4. Separately microwave SOMOS™ Mexican Peacadillo™ and SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans for 90 seconds each & distribute evenly on top of the nachos
  5. Garnish with tomato, onion, cilantro, and crema
