Ingredients

  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Cilantro Lime White Rice
  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Peacadillo™
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • ½ lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp red cabbage, shredded
  • 3 epazote leaves

Prep

  1. Separately microwave SOMOS™ Cilantro Lime White Rice and SOMOS™ Mexican Peacadillo™ for 90 seconds each
  2. Scoop both into a bowl and top with epazote leaves and red cabbage
  3. Serve with lime and avocado
