Ingredients
- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Cilantro Lime White Rice
- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Peacadillo™
- ½ avocado, sliced
- ½ lime, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp red cabbage, shredded
- 3 epazote leaves
Prep
- Separately microwave SOMOS™ Cilantro Lime White Rice and SOMOS™ Mexican Peacadillo™ for 90 seconds each
- Scoop both into a bowl and top with epazote leaves and red cabbage
- Serve with lime and avocado
