Ingredients
- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Cauliflower Tinga
- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Spicy Refried Beans
- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Brown Rice
- 1 jar of SOMOS™ Salsa Verde Mild Salsa
- 1 jar of SOMOS™ Fire Roasted Mild Salsa
- ½ cup crema or sour cream
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
Prep
- Separately microwave SOMOS™ Cauliflower Tinga, SOMOS™ Spicy Refried Beans, and SOMOS™ Mexican Brown Rice for 90 seconds each
- Divide SOMOS™ Cauliflower Tinga, SOMOS™ Spicy Refried Beans, and SOMOS™ Mexican Brown Rice into bowl evenly
- Drizzle top of bowl with SOMOS™ Jalapeño Pepper Salsa Verde, SOMOS™ Pasilla Pepper Salsa Ranchera and crema or sour cream
- Top with cilantro and onion
