Ingredients
- 1 bag of SOMOS™ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips
- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans
- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Peacadillo in Salsa Verde
- 1½ cup Oaxaca or mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup white onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- ½ cup black olives, sliced
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime
Prep
- Preheat oven to 400° F
- On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add SOMOS™ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips in a single layer
- Microwave SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans & SOMOS™ Peacadillo in Salsa Verde for 90 seconds each and top the tortilla chips with both in an even layer
- Cover everything with a generous layer of shredded cheese
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake until the cheese has melted, about 10-15 minutes
- Top with sour cream, chopped white onion, diced tomatoes, black olives, sliced jalapeño & cilantro
- Garnish with limes
- Serve immediately for warm and delicious nachos!
