Ingredients

  • 1 pouch SOMOS ™ Cauliflower Tinga
  • 1 pouch SOMOS ™ Spicy Refried Beans
  • 1 jar SOMOS ™ Salsa Macha Mexican Chili Crisp
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 10 corn tostadas
  • 2 cups lettuce, shredded
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup cotija cheese

Prep

  1. Microwave SOMOS™ Cauliflower Tinga & SOMOS™ Spicy Refried Beans together for 3 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, add onion and add enough boiling water to cover. Drain after two minutes and add lime juice, salt, pepper, oregano and white vinegar. Set aside.
  3. Assemble tostadas by layering the tostadas with one large scoop of SOMOS™ Spicy Refried Beans, then SOMOS™ Cauliflower Tinga then lettuce, onion, sour cream and cheese.
  4. Top it all off with SOMOS ™ Salsa Macha Mexican Chili Crisp
