Ingredients

  • 1 pouch SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans
  • 1 jar of SOMOS™ Cuatro Chiles Medium Salsa
  • 4 slices of bread of your choice
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ red onion, sliced
  • 2 eggs

Prep

  1. Toast slices of bread of your choice
  2. Halve an avocado & mash
  3. Spread the mashed avocado on each bread slice & drizzle with olive oil
  4. Microwave SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans 90 seconds & spread onto toast evenly
  5. Drizzle SOMOS™ Cuatro Chiles Taquería Salsa on all slices
  6. Add red onion to each toast
  7. Fry an egg or two, sunny side up, and top it all off with the egg
  8. Sprinkle cilantro on top of everything
