Ingredients
- 1 pouch SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans
- 1 jar of SOMOS™ Cuatro Chiles Medium Salsa
- 4 slices of bread of your choice
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- ¼ red onion, sliced
- 2 eggs
Prep
- Toast slices of bread of your choice
- Halve an avocado & mash
- Spread the mashed avocado on each bread slice & drizzle with olive oil
- Microwave SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans 90 seconds & spread onto toast evenly
- Drizzle SOMOS™ Cuatro Chiles Taquería Salsa on all slices
- Add red onion to each toast
- Fry an egg or two, sunny side up, and top it all off with the egg
- Sprinkle cilantro on top of everything
