  • 1 pack of SOMOS Peacadillo in Salsa Verde
  • 1 pack SOMOS Spicy Refried Beans
  • 1 jar of SOMOS Roasted Tomatillo Pasilla Salsa
  • 1 pack of SOMOS Unusually Thick and Crunchy White Corn Tortilla Chips

Extras

Don’t forget to pile on the toppings!

  • Queso fresco
  • Crema
  • Avocado
  • Red onion
  • Jalapeños

Prep

Oven & Stovetop 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.  
  2. Spread SOMOS Unusually Thick and Crunchy Tortilla Chips on baking a baking sheet or oven safe pan.  
  3. In a nonstick skillet cook SOMOS Peacadillo in Salsa Verde over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Repeat for SOMOS Spicy Refried Beans. 
  4. Layer SOMOS Spicy Refried Beans and SOMOS Peacadillo in Salsa Verde over the tortilla chips. 
  5. Add your cookable toppings like cheese and sliced jalapeños. 
  6. Bake for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.  
  7. Remove nachos from the oven and add and SOMOS Roasted Tomatillo Pasilla Salsa. 
  8. Last, add other cold toppings like crema and guacamole, then serve.  

 

Microwave 

  1. Tear open SOMOS Peacadillo in Salsa Verde pack about 2 inches and microwave for 90 seconds. Repeat for SOMOS Mexican Black Beans. 
  2. Spread tortilla chips on a microwave safe dish.  
  3. Layer SOMOS Spicy Refried Beans and SOMOS Peacadillo in Salsa Verde over the tortilla chips. 
  4. Add your cookable toppings like cheese and sliced jalapeños. 
  5. Microwave for up to 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.  
  6. Remove nachos from the oven and add and SOMOS Roasted Tomatillo Pasilla Salsa. 
  7. Last, add other cold toppings like crema and guacamole, then serve.
