Ingredients
- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans
- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Smoky Chipotle Mushrooms
- 1 bag of SOMOS™ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- ½ cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- ½ cup crema or sour cream
- ¼ cup cotija cheese
- ½ avocado, diced
Prep
- In a large pot, heat vegetable broth until it comes to a boil
- Microwave SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans & SOMOS™ Smoky Chipotle Mushrooms for 90 seconds each and add to pot; simmer for 5-10 minutes
- Add salt & pepper as needed
- Serve the chili into individual bowls
- Garnish with shredded sour cream, cotija cheese, shredded lettuce & diced avocado
- Enjoy with a side of SOMOS™ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips
