Ingredients

  • 1 pouch of SOMOSā„¢ Mexican Black Beans
  • 1 pouch of SOMOSā„¢ Smoky Chipotle Mushrooms
  • 1 bag of SOMOSā„¢ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • ½ cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • ½ cup crema or sour cream
  • ¼ cup cotija cheese
  • ½ avocado, diced

Prep

  1. In a large pot, heat vegetable broth until it comes to a boil
  2. Microwave SOMOSā„¢ Mexican Black Beans & SOMOSā„¢ Smoky Chipotle Mushrooms for 90 seconds each and add to pot; simmer for 5-10 minutes
  3. Add salt & pepper as needed
  4. Serve the chili into individual bowls
  5. Garnish with shredded sour cream, cotija cheese, shredded lettuce & diced avocado
  6. Enjoy with a side of SOMOSā„¢ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips
