Ingredients

  • 1 jar of SOMOS™ Salsa Macha Mexican Chili Crisp Nuts & Seeds
  • 1 bag of SOMOS™ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips
  • 12 oz Oaxacan or Monterrey cheese, or any melty cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Prep

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Shred the cheese and put it in a flat cazuela or oven safe dish
  3. Place in oven and cook for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted
  4. Top with cilantro and drizzle with SOMOS™ Salsa Macha Mexican Chili Crisp Nuts & Seeds
  5. Serve with SOMOS™ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips
