Ingredients

  • ¾ cup of SOMOS™ Smoky Chipotle Medium Salsa
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup of pasta water
  • 1⁄3 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1⁄3 cup parsley, diced

Prep

  1. Bring water to a boil and cook spaghetti to your preferred texture & save ½ cup of pasta water
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and add SOMOS™ Smoky Chipotle Pepper Salsa & heavy cream, stir to combine and let simmer for 3-5 minutes
  3. If needed, add pasta water to thin out the sauce
  4. Combine cooked spaghetti with the sauce until well mixed in
  5. Serve with parmesan cheese, red chili flakes, and parsley
