Ingredients
- ¾ cup of SOMOS™ Smoky Chipotle Medium Salsa
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup of pasta water
- 1⁄3 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 1⁄3 cup parsley, diced
Prep
- Bring water to a boil and cook spaghetti to your preferred texture & save ½ cup of pasta water
- In a pan, heat olive oil and add SOMOS™ Smoky Chipotle Pepper Salsa & heavy cream, stir to combine and let simmer for 3-5 minutes
- If needed, add pasta water to thin out the sauce
- Combine cooked spaghetti with the sauce until well mixed in
- Serve with parmesan cheese, red chili flakes, and parsley
