Ingredients

  • 1 jar of SOMOS™ Salsa Macha Mexican Chili Crisp Nuts & Seeds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 16 oz box of linguine or rice noodles
  • 1 cup of roughly chopped green onions
  • 1 cup of thinly sliced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup of broccoli
  • 12 deveined shrimp
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Prep

  1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, and 2 tbsp of SOMOS™ Salsa Macha Mexican Chili Crisp Nuts & Seeds and set aside
  2. Prepare your noodles as specified and set aside
  3. Heat a heavy bottomed pan or cast iron over medium-high and add olive oil. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside
  4. In the same pan, add green onions, bell pepper, and broccoli and sauté for 5 minutes or until vegetables are cooked
  5. Add the shrimp and noodles to the pan and stir in the sauce
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened and is well incorporated
  7. Garnish with more SOMOS™ Salsa Macha Mexican Chili Crisp Nuts & Seeds
