Ingredients
- 1 jar of SOMOS™ Salsa Macha Mexican Chili Crisp Nuts & Seeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 16 oz box of linguine or rice noodles
- 1 cup of roughly chopped green onions
- 1 cup of thinly sliced red bell pepper
- 1 cup of broccoli
- 12 deveined shrimp
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Prep
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, and 2 tbsp of SOMOS™ Salsa Macha Mexican Chili Crisp Nuts & Seeds and set aside
- Prepare your noodles as specified and set aside
- Heat a heavy bottomed pan or cast iron over medium-high and add olive oil. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside
- In the same pan, add green onions, bell pepper, and broccoli and sauté for 5 minutes or until vegetables are cooked
- Add the shrimp and noodles to the pan and stir in the sauce
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened and is well incorporated
- Garnish with more SOMOS™ Salsa Macha Mexican Chili Crisp Nuts & Seeds
