Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 pouch SOMOS Al Pastor Taco Simmer Sauce
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple, cubed
  • 1 pouch SOMOS Mexican Street Corn White Rice
  • 1 pouch SOMOS Pinto & Black Beans
  • Lime

Prep

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the cubed chicken until lightly browned.
  2. Add the SOMOS Al Pastor Taco Simmer Sauce to the pan and stir to coat the chicken & simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Microwave the SOMOS Mexican Street Corn White Rice and Pinto Black Beans together for 3 minutes
  4. Assemble bowls: start with rice, then beans, top with Al Pastor chicken and Pineapples, and finish with squeeze of lime.
