Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1 pouch SOMOS Al Pastor Taco Simmer Sauce
- 1/2 cup of pineapple, cubed
- 1 pouch SOMOS Mexican Street Corn White Rice
- 1 pouch SOMOS Pinto & Black Beans
- Lime
Prep
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the cubed chicken until lightly browned.
- Add the SOMOS Al Pastor Taco Simmer Sauce to the pan and stir to coat the chicken & simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Microwave the SOMOS Mexican Street Corn White Rice and Pinto Black Beans together for 3 minutes
- Assemble bowls: start with rice, then beans, top with Al Pastor chicken and Pineapples, and finish with squeeze of lime.
