Ingredients

  • 1 SOMOS™ Mexican Chili Crisp
  • 1 SOMOS™ Pinto & Black Beans
  • 1 SOMOS™ Mexican Street Corn White Rice
  • 3 bell peppers, sliced
  • ¼ piece red onion, sliced
  • Avocado oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • Eggs
  • Guacamole
  • Pico de Gallo

Prep

  1. Cook the sliced peppers and onion with avocado oil, salt, and pepper in an airfryer or oven at 375°F for 15 minutes or until they start to brown.
  2. Microwave SOMOS™ Pinto & Black Beans and SOMOS™ Mexican Street Corn White Rice together for 3 minutes
  3. Assemble your bowl with the rice, beans, peppers, and your favorite toppings such as eggs, guacamole and pico de gallo.
  4. Top with SOMOS™ Mexican Chili Crisp.
