Ingredients
- 1 SOMOS™ Mexican Chili Crisp
- 1 SOMOS™ Pinto & Black Beans
- 1 SOMOS™ Mexican Street Corn White Rice
- 3 bell peppers, sliced
- ¼ piece red onion, sliced
- Avocado oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- Eggs
- Guacamole
- Pico de Gallo
Prep
- Cook the sliced peppers and onion with avocado oil, salt, and pepper in an airfryer or oven at 375°F for 15 minutes or until they start to brown.
- Microwave SOMOS™ Pinto & Black Beans and SOMOS™ Mexican Street Corn White Rice together for 3 minutes
- Assemble your bowl with the rice, beans, peppers, and your favorite toppings such as eggs, guacamole and pico de gallo.
- Top with SOMOS™ Mexican Chili Crisp.
