Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2-3 tbsp SOMOS™ Salsa Macha Mexican Chili Crisp
- ¼ cup feta cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs of your liking (thyme, rosemary, oregano, sage)
Prep
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Place carrots in a baking dish and add olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes.
- Top with SOMOS™ Salsa Macha Mexican Chili Crisp, feta cheese and herbs.
