Ingredients

  • 1 pound carrots
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2-3 tbsp SOMOS™ Salsa Macha Mexican Chili Crisp
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs of your liking (thyme, rosemary, oregano, sage)

Prep

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Place carrots in a baking dish and add olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Top with SOMOS™ Salsa Macha Mexican Chili Crisp, feta cheese and herbs.
