Ingredients
- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Brown Rice
- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans
- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Cauliflower Tinga
- 1 jar of SOMOS™ Cuatro Chiles Medium Salsa
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- ¼ cup cotija cheese
Prep
- Separately microwave SOMOS™ Mexican Brown Rice, SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans, and SOMOS™ Cauliflower Tinga for 90 seconds each
- Divide evenly among each plate
- Top with red onion and cilantro and serve with cotija cheese
