Ingredients

  • 1 jar of SOMOS™ Salsa Macha Mexican Chili Crisp Nuts & Seeds
  • Bread of your choice
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 2 eggs

Prep

  1. Toast slices of bread to your liking
  2. Halve an avocado & mash it
  3. Spread the mashed avocado on each bread slice & drizzle with olive oil
  4. Fry an egg or two, sunny side up, and add it to the top of your avocado toast
  5. Sprinkle cilantro & drizzle SOMOS™ Salsa Macha Mexican Chili Crisp Nuts & Seeds on top
