Ingredients

  • ½ jar of SOMOS™ Salsa Verde Mild Salsa
  • 1 pouch SOMOS™ Cauliflower Tinga
  • 3 corn tostadas
  • Plant based beef, shredded
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1⁄3 cup crema or sour cream
  • 1 serrano pepper, sliced

Prep

  1. Braise the plant based meat in a pot with onion and tomato until cooked & tender
  2. Add salt & pepper, as desired
  3. In another pot, heat SOMOS™ Cauliflower Tinga
  4. Lay out tostadas and add meat, SOMOS™ Cauliflower Tinga, and SOMOS™ Jalapeño Pepper Salsa Verde
  5. Top the tostadas with crema, lettuce, and serrano pepper slices
