Ingredients
- ½ jar of SOMOS™ Salsa Verde Mild Salsa
- 1 pouch SOMOS™ Cauliflower Tinga
- 3 corn tostadas
- Plant based beef, shredded
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1⁄3 cup crema or sour cream
- 1 serrano pepper, sliced
Prep
- Braise the plant based meat in a pot with onion and tomato until cooked & tender
- Add salt & pepper, as desired
- In another pot, heat SOMOS™ Cauliflower Tinga
- Lay out tostadas and add meat, SOMOS™ Cauliflower Tinga, and SOMOS™ Jalapeño Pepper Salsa Verde
- Top the tostadas with crema, lettuce, and serrano pepper slices
