Ingredients
- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Pinto & Black Beans
- ¼ cup red onion, chopped
- ¼ cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup oat flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 brioche buns
- 2 slices of iceberg lettuce
- ½ tomato, sliced
- Pickles, mayonnaise and mustard to taste
Prep
- Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat and add onion, bell pepper and garlic. Season with salt, paprika, cumin and pepper. Place in a medium bowl.
- Add the SOMOS™ Pinto & Black Beans pouch and out flour and mix until well combined.
- Form two burger patties and add to a lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers with the brioche buns and condiments.
