Ingredients
- 1 pouch SOMOS™ Mexican Street Corn Pinto & Black Beans
- 2 peaches (pitted and diced)
- ½ red onion (diced)
- 1 jalapeño (diced)
- Juice of 2 limes
- ½ cup cilantro (finely chopped)
Prep
- Microwave 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Street Corn Pinto & Black Beans according to instructions. Pour into a large serving bowl and leave to the side.
- Prep all other ingredients.
- Add to the large bowl and mix together.
- Enjoy immediately or let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
