Ingredients

  • 1 pouch SOMOS™ Mexican Street Corn Pinto & Black Beans
  • 2 peaches (pitted and diced)
  • ½ red onion (diced)
  • 1 jalapeño (diced)
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • ½ cup cilantro (finely chopped)

Prep

  1. Microwave 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Street Corn Pinto & Black Beans according to instructions. Pour into a large serving bowl and leave to the side.
  2. Prep all other ingredients.
  3. Add to the large bowl and mix together.
  4. Enjoy immediately or let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
