Ingredients

  • 3 pouches of SOMOS™ Mexican Street Corn White Rice
  • ½ cup of crema or sour cream (and/or mayo)
  • 1/3 cup of cotija cheese
  • 3 tbsp of Tajin or chili powder
  • 6 lime wedges

Prep

  1. Microwave 3 pouches of SOMOS™ Mexican Street Corn White Rice together for 4 minutes
  2. Distribute a large scoop between 6 small clear cups
  3. Drizzle with crema and/or mayo and sprinkle cotija cheese and tajin evenly between each cup
  4. Garnish each cup with lime wedge & enjoy
