Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortillas - burrito size
  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Street Corn White Rice
  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Pinto & Black Beans
  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Taco Simmer Sauce
  • Avocado
  • Lime
  • Cilantro
  • 2 tbsp of SOMOS™ Mexican Chili Crisp
  • Lime

Prep

  1. Microwave the SOMOS™ Mexican Street Corn White Rice and SOMOS™ Pinto & Black Beans together for 3 minutes.
  2. Microwave one Burrito tortilla at the time for 30 seconds.
  3. Spread the beans over the tortilla and sprightly mash them.
  4. Top with SOMOS™ Mexican Street Corn White Rice and SOMOS™ Taco simmer sauce.
  5. Roll the burrito, tuck the sides and press gently to the filling. Now roll the burrito.
  6. Toast the burrito on a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side.
  7. Serve with Mexican Chili Crisp or hot sauce, cilantro, lime and avocado.
  8. Enjoy!
