Ingredients

  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Cauliflower Tinga
  • 6 corn tortillas or store-bought tostadas
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño, finely diced
  • 3 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cotija cheese
  • 1 radish, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup crema or sour cream
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 lime, cut in wedges
  • Optional: ¼ cup vegetable oil

Prep

  1. In a small bowl or molcajete, combine avocado, jalapeño, 2 tbsp of cilantro, red onion, lime juice, and a pinch of salt to make guacamole
  2. If making your own tostadas, heat oil over medium heat in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add corn tortillas one at a time and fry on each side for 2 minutes or until lightly golden brown and crispy. Move to a towel-lined plate and sprinkle with salt
  3. Microwave SOMOS™ Cauliflower Tinga for 90 seconds
  4. Spread guacamole on tostadas and top with SOMOS™ Cauliflower Tinga
  5. Garnish with cotija cheese, crema, and radish. Serve with lime
