Ingredients

  • 4 cups tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded mexican cheese blend
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef
  • ¾ cup SOMOS™ Pico De Gallo Chunky Salsa
  • 1 pouch SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 jalapeños, sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • Limes

Prep

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the tortilla chips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Top with cheese and meat.
  3. Bake until heated through and the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, microwave the SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans for 90 seconds.
  5. Remove the tray from the oven and top with the SOMOS™ Pico De Gallo, SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans, jalapeños, fresh cilantro, and avocados. Garnish with a drizzle of lime juice.
