Ingredients
- 4 cups tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded mexican cheese blend
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- ¾ cup SOMOS™ Pico De Gallo Chunky Salsa
- 1 pouch SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 jalapeños, sliced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- Limes
Prep
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the tortilla chips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Top with cheese and meat.
- Bake until heated through and the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, microwave the SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans for 90 seconds.
- Remove the tray from the oven and top with the SOMOS™ Pico De Gallo, SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans, jalapeños, fresh cilantro, and avocados. Garnish with a drizzle of lime juice.
