Ingredients

  • 1 jar of SOMOS™ Pasilla Pepper Salsa Ranchera
  • 1lb baby potatoes, cut in half
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter or olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (Oaxaca or mozzarella)
  • ½ cup cotija cheese
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp chives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped

Prep

  1. Preheat a grill or oven to 400° F
  2. In aluminum foil, place halved baby potatoes and add butter, salt & pepper
  3. Fold the foil around all slides, sealing all ingredients in tightly
  4. Place the packet in the oven or on the grill for 30 minutes
  5. Carefully remove the packet and open the foil
  6. Pour SOMOS™ Pasilla Pepper Salsa Ranchera over the potatoes & add the shredded cheese on top
  7. Seal the aluminum foil again and cook in the oven or grill for an additional 15 minutes
  8. Carefully remove the packet and open the foil; garnish with cotija cheese, red pepper flakes, chives & cilantro
  9. Serve with foil opened & enjoy!
