Ingredients

  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Smoky Chipotle Mushrooms
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp course sea salt
  • ¼ cup pickled red onion
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped

Prep

  1. Drizzle olive oil over bread slices and toast to your liking
  2. Slice the avocado and place on top of toasted bread.
  3. Microwave SOMOS™ Chipotle Mushrooms for 90 seconds.
  4. Top avocado toast with mushrooms, pickled red onion, cilantro, and sea salt.
