Ingredients

  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Brown Rice
  • 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans
  • 1 jar of SOMOS™ Cuatro Chiles Medium Salsa
  • ¼ avocado, sliced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • ½ lime

Prep

  1. Separately microwave SOMOS™ Mexican Brown Rice and SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans for 90 seconds each
  2. Layer SOMOS™ Mexican Brown Rice, SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans, and SOMOS™ Cuatro Chiles Taquería Salsa in a bowl
  3. Garnish with cilantro, avocado, and serve with lime
