- 1 jar of SOMOS™ Cuatro Chiles Medium Salsa
- ¼ avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- ½ lime
Prep
- Separately microwave SOMOS™ Mexican Brown Rice and SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans for 90 seconds each
- Layer SOMOS™ Mexican Brown Rice, SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans, and SOMOS™ Cuatro Chiles Taquería Salsa in a bowl
- Garnish with cilantro, avocado, and serve with lime
