Prep
Stovetop
- Heat a nonstick skillet to cook SOMOS Smoky Chipotle Mushrooms over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Prepare SOMOS Spicy Refried Beans and SOMOS Mexican Brown Rice sides with the same instructions above.
- Next, in a dry skillet at medium-high heat set your tortillas to cook for up to 30 seconds on each side.
- Smear your tortillas with a spoonful of SOMOS Refried Beans & divide the chipotle mushroom filling among desired number of tacos.

Microwave
- Tear open SOMOS Smoky Chipotle Mushrooms pack about 2 inches and microwave for 90 seconds.
- Separately, prepare SOMOS Spicy Refried Beans and SOMOS Mexican Brown Rice sides with the same instructions in Step 1.
- Place 4 tortillas at a time on a microwavable plate and cover them with a damp paper towel. Microwave in 30-second intervals until warmed through.
- Smear your tortillas with a spoonful of SOMOS Refried Beans & divide the chipotle mushroom filling among desired number of tacos.
