  • 1 pack of SOMOS Smoky Chipotle Mushrooms
  • 1 pack SOMOS Spicy Refried Beans
  • 1 pack of SOMOS Mexican Brown Rice
  • 1 jar of SOMOS Roasted Tomatillo Jalapeño Salsa
  • 1 pack of Corn Tortillas

Extras

Don’t forget to pile on the toppings!

  • Avocado
  • Red onion
  • Jalapeños
  • Lime
  • Cilantro
  • Queso fresco
  • Crema

Prep

Stovetop 

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet to cook SOMOS Smoky Chipotle Mushrooms over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.  
  2. Prepare SOMOS Spicy Refried Beans and SOMOS Mexican Brown Rice sides with the same instructions above.  
  3. Next, in a dry skillet at medium-high heat set your tortillas to cook for up to 30 seconds on each side.  
  4. Smear your tortillas with a spoonful of SOMOS Refried Beans & divide the chipotle mushroom filling among desired number of tacos. 
  5. Finish by adding some SOMOS Roasted Tomatillo Jalapeño Salsa, your favorite toppings, and serve with rice and beans that you can spread over SOMOS Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips! 

 

Microwave 

  1. Tear open SOMOS Smoky Chipotle Mushrooms pack about 2 inches and microwave for 90 seconds. 
  2. Separately, prepare SOMOS Spicy Refried Beans and SOMOS Mexican Brown Rice sides with the same instructions in Step 1. 
  3. Place 4 tortillas at a time on a microwavable plate and cover them with a damp paper towel. Microwave in 30-second intervals until warmed through.  
  4. Smear your tortillas with a spoonful of SOMOS Refried Beans & divide the chipotle mushroom filling among desired number of tacos. 
  5. Finish by adding some SOMOS Roasted Tomatillo Jalapeño Salsa, your favorite toppings, and serve with rice and beans that you can spread over SOMOS Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips!
