  • 1 pack of SOMOS Mexican Peacadillo
  • 1 pack of SOMOS Mexican Black Beans
  • 1 pack of SOMOS Cilantro Lime Rice
  • 1 jar of SOMOS Cuatro Chiles Taquería Salsa
  • 1 pack of Blue Corn Tostadas

Extras

Don’t forget to pile on the toppings!

  • Queso fresco
  • Crema
  • Avocado
  • Red onion
  • Chopped Lettuce
  • Jalapeños
  • Lime

Prep

Stovetop 
  1. In nonstick skillet, cook SOMOS Mexican Peacadillo over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.  
  2. Prepare SOMOS Mexican Black Beans and SOMOS Cilantro Lime Rice with the same instructions above.  
  3. Spread SOMOS Mexican Peacadillo onto your tostadas, and top with SOMOS Mexican Black Beans.  
  4. Finish by adding some SOMOS Cuatro Chiles Taqueria Salsa, your favorite toppings and serve with SOMOS Cilantro Lime Rice! 

 

Microwave 

  1. Tear open SOMOS Mexican Peacadillo pack about 2 inches and microwave for 90 seconds. 
  2. Separately, prepare SOMOS Mexican Black Beans and SOMOS Cilantro Lime Rice side with the same instructions above.  
  3. Spread SOMOS Mexican Peacadillo onto your tostadas, and top with SOMOS Mexican Black Beans.  
  4. Finish by adding some SOMOS Cuatro Chiles Taqueria Salsa, your favorite toppings and serve with SOMOS Cilantro Lime Rice!
