Ingredients

  • 1 pack of SOMOS Mexican Peacadillo
  • 1 pack SOMOS Mexican Black Beans
  • 1 pack of SOMOS Mexican Brown Rice
  • 1 jar of SOMOS Roasted Tomatillo Pasilla Salsa
  • 1 pack of Corn Tortillas

Extras
Don’t forget to pile on the toppings!

  • Queso fresco
  • Crema
  • Avocado
  • Red onion
  • Jalapenos
  • Lime
  • Cilantro

Prep

Stovetop 

  1. In nonstick skillet, cook SOMOS Mexican Peacadillo over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.  
  2. Prepare SOMOS Mexican Black Beans and SOMOS Mexican Brown Rice sides with the same instructions above.  
  3. Next, in a dry skillet at medium-high heat set your tortillas to cook for up to 30 seconds on each side.  
  4. Divide Peacadillo filling among desired number of tortillas. 
  5. Finish by adding some SOMOS Roasted Tomatillo Pasilla Salsa, your favorite toppings, and serve with rice and beans! 

Microwave 

  1. Tear open SOMOS Mexican Peacadillo pack about 2 inches and microwave for 90 seconds. 
  2. Separately, prepare SOMOS Mexican Black Beans and SOMOS Mexican Brown Rice sides with the same instructions in Step 1.  
  3. Next, place a few tortillas at a time on a microwavable plate and cover them with a damp paper towel. Microwave in 30-second intervals until warmed through.  
  4. Divide Peacadillo filling among desired number of tortillas. 
  5. Finish by adding some SOMOS Roasted Tomatillo Pasilla Salsa, your favorite toppings, and serve with rice and beans!
