Prep
Oven & Stovetop
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Spread SOMOS Unusually Thick and Crunchy Tortilla Chips on baking a baking sheet or oven safe pan.
- In a nonstick skillet cook SOMOS Mexican Peacadillo over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Repeat for SOMOS Mexican Black Beans.
- Layer SOMOS Mexican Black Beans and SOMOS Mexican Peacadillo over the tortilla chips.
- Add your cookable toppings like cheese and sliced jalapeños.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove nachos from the oven and add SOMOS Roasted Tomatillo Pasilla Salsa.
- Last, add other cold toppings like crema and guacamole, then serve.
Microwave
- Tear open SOMOS Mexican Peacadillo pack about 2 inches and microwave for 90 seconds. Repeat for SOMOS Mexican Black Beans.
- Spread SOMOS Unusually Thick and Crunchy Tortilla Chips on a microwave safe dish.
- Layer SOMOS Mexican Black Beans and SOMOS Mexican Peacadillo over the tortilla chips.
- Add your cookable toppings like cheese and sliced jalapeños.
- Microwave for up to 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.
- Remove nachos from the microwave and add SOMOS Roasted Tomatillo Pasilla Salsa.
- Last, add other cold toppings like crema and guacamole, then serve.
