- SOMOS™ Mexican Yellow Rice
- SOMOS™ Mexican Street Corn Pinto & Black Beans
- 1.5lb of chicken thighs, cut in cubes
- SOMOS™ Al Pastor Taco Simmer Sauce
- Toppings of choice
Prep
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat and add protein of choice, stirring occasionally until the meat is lightly browned.
- Add SOMOS™ Al Pastor Taco Simmer Sauce to skillet and mix thoroughly with meat. Stir occasionally & let simmer for about 6 mins or until the meat is fully cooked through and sauce is slightly reduced.
- Microwave SOMOS™ Mexican Yellow Rice & SOMOS™ Mexican Street Corn Pinto & Black Beans together for 3 minutes
- Assemble 2 bowls and add rice, beans and chicken and your favorite toppings
