Ingredients
- 1 jar of SOMOS™ Cuatro Chiles Medium Salsa
- 1 bag of SOMOS™ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips
- 2 cups cooked hominy
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup radishes, sliced
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 lime
Prep
- In a large pot, heat chicken or vegetable broth until it comes to a boil
- Add cooked hominy and stir
- Pour entire jar of SOMOS™ Cuatro Chiles Taquería Salsa and shredded chicken into pot – lower heat and let simmer for 5 minutes
- Serve the Pozole in individual bowls & top each bowl with lettuce, radishes, oregano, red chili flakes & squeeze fresh lime
- Enjoy with a side of SOMOS™ Unusually Thick & Crunchy Tortilla Chips
