Ingredients
- 2 burrito size tortillas
- 1 pack of SOMOS™ Chipotle White Rice
- 1 pack of SOMOS™ Chipotle Refried Black Beans
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/8 tsp of sea salt
- 1/4 tsp of garlic
- 1/8 tsp of black pepper
- 2 tbsp of SOMOS™ Mexican Chili Crisp
Prep
- Microwave the SOMOS™ Chipotle White Rice and SOMOS™ Chipotle Refried Black Beans together for 3 minutes.
- Whisk the eggs with sea salt, garlic and black pepper.
- Cook on a greased skillet, once cooked, set aside.
- Microwave one Burrito tortilla at the time for 15 seconds.
- Spread the beans over the tortillas.
- Top with rice, eggs and SOMOS™ Mexican Chili Crisp.
- Roll the burrito, tuck the sides and press gently to the filling. Now roll the burrito.
- Slice in half, add more Mexican Chili Crisp (optional) and enjoy!
