Ingredients
- 1 bag of Tortilla Chips
- SOMOS™ Red Enchilada Sauce
- ½ avocado, sliced
- 1 radish, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp cotija cheese
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp pickled red onion
- 2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
Prep
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat 2 tbsp of oil until simmering.
- Add SOMOS™ Red Enchilada Sauce and cook for 5 minutes or until salsa has slightly thickened
- Add Tortilla Chips and gently toss & thoroughly coat the chips
- Cook for 3 minutes more all together
- Serve warm in the skillet or transfer to a plate
- Garnish with cotija cheese, cilantro, pickled red onion, radish, and avocado
