Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Tortilla Chips
  • SOMOS™ Red Enchilada Sauce
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 1 radish, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp cotija cheese
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp pickled red onion
  • 2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil

Prep

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat 2 tbsp of oil until simmering.
  2. Add SOMOS™ Red Enchilada Sauce and cook for 5 minutes or until salsa has slightly thickened
  3. Add Tortilla Chips and gently toss & thoroughly coat the chips
  4. Cook for 3 minutes more all together
  5. Serve warm in the skillet or transfer to a plate
  6. Garnish with cotija cheese, cilantro, pickled red onion, radish, and avocado
