Have you ever been visiting a friend from out of town and had them take you to one of those cult, line-around-the-block burrito places? Yea, this burrito is like that but you don’t have to leave your house.
1 pouch of SOMOS™ Chipotle Refried Black Beans
1/2 cup of SOMOS™ Cuatro Chiles Taquería Salsa
1/4 medium onion, diced
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 flour tortillas - 10” burrito size
To serve: guacamole, SOMOS™ Jalapeño Pepper Salsa Verde
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
Microwave the SOMOS™ Chipotle Refried Black Beans for 90 seconds.
In a medium bowl mix the cooked SOMOS™ Chipotle Refried Black Beans, SOMOS™ Cuatro Chiles Taquería Salsa, and onion.
Spread 1/4 cup of the shredded cheese mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Then spread 1/2 cup of the bean mixture on top of the shredded cheese.
Fold the bottom edge of each tortilla up and over the filling. Then fold in the sides and finish by rolling the tortilla up from the bottom.
Transfer the burritos to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
Serve with guacamole, sour cream, and SOMOS™ Jalapeño Pepper Salsa Verde.
