  • 1 pack of SOMOS Cauliflower Tinga
  • 1 pack SOMOS Mexican Black Beans
  • 1 pack of SOMOS Cilantro Lime Rice
  • 1 jar of SOMOS Roasted Tomatillo Jalapeño Salsa
  • 1 pack of Corn Tortillas

Extras

  • Don’t forget to pile on the toppings!
  • Avocado
  • Red onion
  • Jalapeños or serrano peppers
  • Cilantro
  • Lime
  • Queso fresco
  • Crema

Prep

Stovetop 

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet to cook SOMOS Cauliflower Tinga over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.  
  2. Prepare SOMOS Mexican Black Beans and SOMOS Cilantro Lime Rice sides with the same instructions above.  
  3. Next, in a dry skillet at medium-high heat set your tortillas to cook for 20 - 30 seconds on each side.  
  4. Divide Cauliflower Tinga filling among desired number of tortillas & add a spoonful of SOMOS Mexican Black Beans to each taco. 
  5. Finish by adding some SOMOS Roasted Tomatillo Jalapeño Salsa, your favorite toppings, and serve with rice and beans! 

           Microwave 

          1. Tear open SOMOS Cauliflower Tinga pack about 2 inches and microwave for 90 seconds. 
          2. Separately, prepare SOMOS Mexican Black Beans and SOMOS Cilantro Lime Rice sides with the same instructions in Step 1. 
          3. Place 4 tortillas at a time on a microwavable plate and cover them with a damp paper towel. Microwave in 30-second intervals until warmed through. 
          4. Divide Cauliflower Tinga filling among desired number of tortillas & add a spoonful of Mexican Black Beans to each taco.  
          5. Finish by adding some SOMOS Roasted Tomatillo Jalapeño Salsa, your favorite toppings, and serve with rice and beans!
