• 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Peacadillo™
  • 6 corn tortillas or store-bought tostadas
  • 1 radish, thinly sliced
  • ¼ white onion, finely diced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 jalapeño, diced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 avocado, mashed


  1. Microwave SOMOS™ Mexican Peacadillo™ for 90 seconds
  2. In a small bowl or molcajete, combine avocado, cilantro, half of the onion, jalapeño, lime juice, and a pinch of salt to make guacamole
  3. If making your own tostadas, heat oil over medium heat in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add corn tortillas one at a time and fry on each side for 2 minutes or until lightly golden brown and crispy. Move to a towel-lined plate and sprinkle with salt
  4. Spread guacamole on tostadas and top with SOMOS™ Mexican Peacadillo™
  5. Garnish with radish and white onion. Serve with lime
