- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Peacadillo™ in Salsa Verde
- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Spicy Refried Beans
- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans
- 1 jar of SOMOS™ Smoky Chipotle Pepper Salsa
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- ¼ cup crema or sour cream
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 4 tbsp cotija cheese
- 2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
- In a large cast iron skillet or comal, heat oil and cook tortillas until warm and pliable
- Microwave SOMOS™ Peacadillo™ in Salsa Verde, SOMOS™ Spicy Refried Beans, and SOMOS™ Mexican Black Beans for 90 seconds each then divide evenly on each tortilla
- Top each taco with lettuce, crema, cotija cheese, and SOMOS™ Smoky Chipotle Pepper Salsa.
