- 1 pouch of SOMOS™ Smoky Chipotle Mushrooms
- 1 avocado
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp course sea salt
- ¼ cup pickled red onion
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- Drizzle olive oil over bread slices and toast to your liking
- Slice the avocado and place on top of toasted bread.
- Microwave SOMOS™ Chipotle Mushrooms for 90 seconds.
- Top avocado toast with mushrooms, pickled red onion, cilantro, and sea salt.
